Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking a safety‑driven electrical supervisor to monitor installations and ensure work aligns with contract standards. You will collaborate with the foreman to manage project portions, crews, materials, and schedules, while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality across on-site operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical codes, effective communication, and hands-on leadership to keep projects on track and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an electrical construction apprentice program or state license/certification.
• Alternatively 4 years field experience as a journeyman electrician.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe, code-compliant electrical work and project portions.
• Coordinate with foreman and crew to ensure on-time performance.
• Ensure materials, tools, and as-builts are properly managed.
• Maintain productivity, safety, quality, and project goals on site.
• Lead by example to uphold Bergelectric's safety policies.
