Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to instruct crew on safety, quality, and production hours.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team leads and supervisors.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct a crew of 10+ to complete daily tasks within WC hours.
• Ensure safety by enforcing proper PPE and reporting unsafe acts or conditions.
• Read and understand prints for shelter assembly and related tasks.
• Verify equipment, parts, and devices against pick tickets and options lists.
