Job summary

UE Manufacturing in Oklahoma City is seeking an Electrical Lead to oversee repair and maintenance of power generation equipment in a shop environment. You will diagnose ATS and generator controls, identify abnormal conditions, and coordinate with the shop team to ensure timely repairs.

You will guide lower-level Electrical Shop Technicians, assign tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards. Strong diagnostic skills with meters and diagnostic tools are essential, as is reliable,

Qualifications

HS/GED with 4–10 years related experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair power generation equipment including ATS and generator controls.
Proficiency with measuring and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with power generation equipment, ATS, and generator controls.
Make repair recommendations and order parts as needed.
Perform repairs and replace equipment as necessary.
Conduct routine maintenance per guidelines and schedules.
Use measuring tools (multimeters, ampmeters, megohmmeters) for diagnosis.
Lead and mentor lower-level Electrical Shop Technicians.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety standards.
