Job summary

Southern Integrated Solutions & Consulting (SISC) seeks a full-time Electrical Journeyman with 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience. Based in Broussard, LA, you will work under project managers and foremen, perform electrical and related tasks, and lead apprentices on site.

Responsibilities include training, progress documentation, reporting to supervisors, ensuring safety, and quality control. A valid driver's license and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Industrial Electrical construction experience.
• Experience in managing and directing multiple personnel on a single project.
• High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with apprentices, providing training and growth.
• Document daily progress for reporting.
• Report project information to superintendent or foreman regularly.
• Ensure health and safety in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Maintain regular attendance and performance.
