Job summary

Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for a new commercial construction project located 20 minutes outside Ardmore, Oklahoma. Work hours are 6am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday, with guaranteed overtime; Saturdays optional.

Compensation is $38-42/hour DOE, with potential overtime and steady project tempo. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, interpreting blueprints, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a journeyman electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and devices.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
