Responsibilities include preparing detailed inspection reports, reviewing drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and third parties. Requires ICC certification and NFPA 70E/Cal-OSHA training.

Qualifications

• Electrical/IT inspection staff shall have 3 years or more experience performing electrical/IT inspections for Building Construction.
• ICC Commercial Electrical Inspector certification required.
• NFPA 70E training within last 3 years.
• Cal-OSHA 30 hr training within last 4 years.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of electrical and IT systems on building projects.
• Review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare comprehensive daily inspection reports.
• Verify compliance with NEC, NFPA standards and LAWA standards.
• Coordinate inspections with engineers, contractors, and third‑party agencies.
