Job summary

SSR, a leading engineering design and consulting firm, is seeking an Electrical Intern to assist the engineering staff on assigned projects and begin to learn discipline policies and procedures. Under supervision, you will participate in technical studies, investigations, and designs, supporting the project team in producing deliverables.

You will gain exposure to design and analyses, with opportunities for employment growth within the firm, and will operate a computer to check email and prepare

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to learn the basics of design and analyses within his or her discipline.
• An individual with potential for employment and growth within the firm.
• Incumbent must be able to operate a computer to check email and to produce documents using a software program.
• Incumbent shall be able to traverse and navigate construction sites to inspect work done by contractors.
• Manipulates plans periodically. Must be able to lift plans weighting 30 pounds.
