Responsibilities

• Support Electrical and Software Engineers in the design and integration of vehicle control and embedded systems development.
• Follow projects on the assembly floor for prototype, pilot, or production builds and provide technical assistance.
• Learn vehicle troubleshooting and effective documentation skills.
• Consult with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to find solutions to problems.
• Learn and execute test cases to validate functionality, performance, and safety-critical behavior of embedded systems.
• Learn and verify communication across CAN, LIN, and Ethernet networks using tools like Vector CANoe, DET, CANalyzer, or ETAS INCA.
• Log, document, and triage software defects, collaborating with developers and system engineers for resolution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour, determined by role scope, experience, education, skills, and pay equity among team members.
