Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on design, integration, testing, and validation of electrical systems for power generation and enclosure products.

You will act as a technical expert on electrical design standards, control systems, and power distribution while ensuring compliance with customer specs and NEC codes. Responsibilities include leading technicians, coordinating with sales and project teams on customer specs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (highly preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in design, integration, installation, or testing of electrical equipment.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and control system documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship on schematic interpretation, installation methods, testing procedures, and labeling requirements.
Review customer specifications and electrical requirements with Sales Engineers and Project Teams to ensure code compliance and project objectives.
Inspect completed electrical installations and integrated systems to verify conformance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
