Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair power plant equipment, including boilers and related electrical/control gear, field controllers, instrumentation, MCCs, and switchgear.

The role covers calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing, with focus on CEMS, DCS, and historian devices. Candidates must have a safety-conscious mindset and be able to work in 12-hour rotating shifts in Kapolei, Hawaii.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience with electrical and instrumentation maintenance of power plant equipment is desirable.
• Familiarity with calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and testing of low/medium voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, starters, and transformers.
• Maintain higher voltage switchyard equipment and steam turbine generators.
• Troubleshoot and repair CEMS, DCS, and historian devices; calibrate and test instrumentation.
