Job Description

As an I&E Technician here at Solstice, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation & electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will enhance productivity and support high-quality product delivery. You will report directly to our Instrument & Electrical Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on an On-Site work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of all instrument and electrical equipment in the plant.
  • Duties also include completion of all regulatory PM’s in accordance with plant procedures.
  • Also be a contributor to continuous improvement ideas within the I/E department.
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks as well as being able to work well with other departments within the plant site as required.
  • PLC and VFD experience would be valuable.
  • Combustion chamber trouble-shooting a plus as well.

Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $44.88 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
