Job summary

Sofidel America is hiring an Electronic and Instrumentation Technician for a long-term role in Duncan, SC. You will perform electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshoot issues, program monitoring systems, and support process improvements to keep the plant safe and efficient.

The role requires a two-year technical degree and at least two years in industrial manufacturing, with a 2x3x2 schedule and 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift options. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in related industrial manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and electrical failures and diagnose issues.
• Program monitoring systems and optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and improvements.
• Input work orders and track parts in inventory, ensuring safety and compliance.
