Job summary

Qualifications
- Three years or more of experience as a Journeyman Electrical and Instrumentation Technician.
- Documentation of journeyman status or a two-year degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology.
- Ability to operate and maintain PLCs and instrumentation in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper operation of electrical/control system components including motors, PLC I/O modules and sensors.
- Share knowledge with other technicians for maintaining and troubleshooting PLCs, instrumentation, and controls.
- Support the preventative and predictive maintenance program for manufacturing machinery.
- Apply applicable codes, regulations, reliability strategies, and OEM standards.
- Improve productivity by planning, coordinating labor, parts, and equipment access.
- Assist in developing and implementing reliability centered maintenance strategies.
