Job summary

Fuji Vegetable Oil Inc in Savannah, GA is seeking a skilled industrial electrician/instrumentation technician for a 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift at our food-grade refinery. The role focuses on keeping our refinery operating safely and efficiently, troubleshooting electrical distribution, motor controls, PLCs, instrumentation, and process equipment.

You will read electrical drawings, support root cause analysis, perform preventive maintenance, document activities in SAP, and follow NFPA 70E and LOTO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, VFDs, instrumentation, pneumatics, and process equipment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, P&IDs and schematics.
• Commitment to safety and plant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical distribution and industrial control systems

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintain and calibrate process instrumentation
• Support DCS operations

What You'll Do

You'll maintain and troubleshoot the electrical and instrumentation systems that keep our refinery operating.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 5+ years of industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with:

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Experience in food manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, paper, power generation or similar industrial environments preferred
