Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related field is a plus.
• 10 years preferred experience as a superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within construction.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
• Cost tracking and updates to ensure profitability.
• Review project drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare project-related paperwork.
