Koch companies seeks an E&I Superintendent at our Alabama cellulose facility. You will lead maintenance teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with operations to enhance reliability and safety across the plant.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance plans, implementing training, and analyzing data to optimize equipment performance. A strong electrical background and leadership experience are essential for success.

Formación

Minimum 8 years in a leadership role within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience identifying and implementing maintenance-related solutions.
Experience driving continuous improvement and measurable results.

Responsabilidades

Act as safety champion with focus on zero SIFs.
Lead and develop team; foster continuous improvement culture.
Collaborate with capability teams to optimize maintenance and production outputs.
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Implement training plans to enhance maintenance staff skills.
Communicate expectations for preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement plans.
Collaborate with engineering for effective maintenance planning.
