Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Lead to serve as the PMC organization's technical authority for planning, design verification, integration, construction assurance, commissioning, qualification, and startup of electrical power distribution, instrumentation, process control, automation, and industrial control systems across the client’s project.

Responsibilities include coordinating across client stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related technical discipline).
• 10+ years of experience with electrical and control systems on industrial capital projects.
• Knowledge of power distribution, automation interfaces, and instrument/electrical codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating Electrical and Control Systems across multidisciplinary teams on large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities among Client stakeholders, PMC team, EPCM contractors, equipment suppliers, and automation vendors to ensure electrical and instrumentation systems meet standards and project objectives.
• Provide leadership in power distribution design reviews, instrument verification, automation integration, and control system architecture.
• Act as the primary integration point for electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, CQV, manufacturing, maintenance, and operations to ensure successful delivery and startup.
