Job summary

System One seeks an Electrical Engineer-Electrical & Instrumentation for its Spring Grove, PA facility. You will lead electrical and instrumentation projects, manage capital plans, and provide plant-wide technical support for power systems and control hardware.

Requirements include a 3–5 year manufacturing background, a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills. Onsite work, with opportunities to mentor interns and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Registered P.E. license and/or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience with power distribution up to 13.8 kV and control systems.

Responsibilities

Support Electrical and Instrumentation engineering for the Spring Grove facility.
Develop capital and repair plans with emphasis on safety and cost.
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, including scheduling and documentation.
Coordinate with external contractors on safety, code compliance, and procurement.
Mentor junior engineers, interns, and co-ops.
Ensure compliance with codes and standards; lead cross-functional teams.
