Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Fleetwood, PA to design, maintain, and improve plant electrical systems and components. You will partner with operations and maintenance to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing processes and to troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of motor controls, power distribution, and PLCs, and familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, instrumentation, switchgear, and PLCs.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve plant electrical systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to support safe, efficient plant performance.
