Job summary

Baisch Engineering Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin offers a paid summer internship for an Electrical & Instrumentation Drafter. This in-person role provides hands-on experience on industrial projects and BIM workflow exposure.

As an eager learner, you will work with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to support development of construction drawings, while gaining understanding of NEC, OSHA, and building codes relevant to large industrial facilities.

Qualifications

If So, We Are Looking For Driven, Goal-oriented People Like You To Join Our Team As An Electrical & Instrumentation Drafter Summer Intern. Here’s What You Will Need To Do

• Assist in the development of construction drawing sets utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks as part of our team on awide rangeof industrial projects ranging from brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities to small system upgrades and everything in between
• Desire to learn and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols that keep us on the leading edge of technology
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to generate seamlessly coordinated projects that make our clients’ projects a huge success
• Develop an understanding of building codes, NEC, and OSHA requirements for building design, power distribution, or process controls supporting large heavy industrial and pulp and paper industries

The paid summer internship role is an in-person position at our Appleton, Wisconsin office.
