Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Controls Technician to support our US Heartland/Indiana facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and operating natural gas measurement equipment, compressor stations, and related systems.

The ideal candidate works with minimal supervision, demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is willing to travel for temporary assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a related industry.
• Thorough understanding of SWA and LOTO procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair and maintain compressor station, meter station, and related systems.
• Oversee installation, start up and repair of measurement/regulation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Maintain documentation and assist with DOT inspections and calibrations.
• Coordinate with field personnel for gas routing during maintenance or emergencies.
