Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks an experienced electrical/instrumentation drafter to assist in designing less complex projects under supervision in Baytown, Texas.

You will draft installation details, MCC single lines, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and layouts while applying NEC standards and company CAD drafting guidelines. Two or more years of relevant industry experience and an associate degree are preferred; strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with NEC and project specs.
• Ability to perform lighting level and voltage drop calculations.
• Knowledge of sizing wire/conduit and MCC loading.

Responsibilities

• Draft installation details, motor control center single lines, and electrical room layouts.
• Create cable schedules, connection diagrams, and grounding plans.
• Assist during startup and provide on-site support under supervision.
