Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. in Circleville, OH is seeking an Electrical and Instrument Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across electrical, instrument and control systems to support 24/7 plant operations.

Starting wage of $42.81 per hour with a plan to reach $46.29 per hour within the first year based on performance and skill demonstrations. 120 hours Paid Time Off, 401(k) with 6% match plus 3% employer contribution, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, schematics and P&ID’s.
• Proficient computer skills; safety procedures adherence.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, schematics, and P&ID’s and document maintenance.
• Repair and calibrate electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments.
• Configure and diagnose control instrumentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated control systems (PLC/DCS).
• Maintain valves, positioners, and instrument systems.
• Test and repair AC/DC motor controls and drives.
• Install conduit, piping, and basic electrical wiring; grounding.
• Work overtime and provide off-hours call-out support.
