Job summary

Convergint is hiring a full-time Electrical Installer in Pleasanton, CA to join our growing team. You will lead installation, programming, system start-up, and certification on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, and provide hands-on customer training.

We value integrity, teamwork, and delivering results. Candidates should have 5–7 years of construction with electrical or low-voltage experience, strong blueprint skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of relevant construction and electrical or low-voltage experience.
• Experience with fire/life safety, data-cable, or building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, programming, start-up and certification on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal guidance.
• Supervise other Installers.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Participate in customer training.
