Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer in Oklahoma City. You will join a dynamic team responsible for installing, programming, and starting up fire, security, and building automation systems, with customer training and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, startup, and certify on assigned Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
• Deliver projects effectively within budget and schedule with guidance as needed.
• Assist with customer training and knowledge transfer.
• Support larger projects with growing complexity as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or required.
