What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

• Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to help grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
• Lead the installation, programming, system start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, primarily larger and complex ones.
• Deliver projects effectively within budget and schedule with minimal guidance.
• Supervise other Installers.
• Perform additional duties as required.

What You'll Need

• Strong construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, wiring, and labeling methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manuals independently.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, familiarity with tools, and strong math skills.

Requirements

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience: 5-7 years in relevant construction, electrical, or low voltage fields.

Preferred Experience: Industry experience in electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data cabling, or building automation (not mandatory).
