Job summary

Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking an Electrical Installer to join our growing team in the Charlotte area. This role focuses on executing sold residential electrical work safely, efficiently, and to our high standards, with opportunities to grow into a Service Professional.

You'll handle installations, upgrades, and repairs, review scope, prepare materials, document work, and provide a professional experience for homeowners while upholding company processes and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Previous professional electrical experience required.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical installation and repair.
• Ability to safely perform residential electrical work with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use standard electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Willingness to follow established company processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Install and replace electrical panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, surge protection, and other residential systems.
• Review scope of work before beginning a project and ensure understanding of tasks.
• Prepare materials and equipment needed for scheduled installations.
• Complete work safely, correctly, and in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Document completed work with notes and photos and update the field software.
