Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking an Electrical Installer to join our growing team in the Charlotte area. You will execute sold residential electrical projects, work safely, and maintain high workmanship standards while documenting work and communicating with the team.

This role offers a path toward becoming a Mr. Electric Service Professional, with opportunities for career growth, paid holidays, and benefits in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Previous professional electrical experience required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform residential electrical work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to follow established company processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Install and replace panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, surge protection, and related systems.
• Review scope of work before starting and ensure understanding of tasks.
• Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled installations.
• Update job notes, photos, and field documentation after work is completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and protect customer property.
• Communicate with Service Professionals and office team as needed.

Our Service Professionals meet with customers, diagnose their electrical needs, develop solutions, and sell the work.
