Job summary

TalentCompass is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead on-site electrical installation projects in the United States, coordinating company staff and subcontractors to keep work on track.

You will ensure compliance with NEC and NEIS, maintain safety standards per OSHA, and work with the Controls and Onsite Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a state electrician license, 3+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license, with travel up to 90%.

• Drive installation quality by identifying and resolving issues, while providing guidance and training to staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all installation activities comply with OSHA and other applicable safety standards.

The Position

As an Electrical Installation Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the successful on-site execution of electrical installation projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring work stays on track. You'll oversee installation quality and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Installation Standards (NEIS), and company controls standards, helping deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality systems for our customers.
