Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a growing team. You will work on customer projects nationwide, with travel up to 100% to locations across the continental USA.

Base pay range is $73,525 to $99,475 USD annually, with overtime opportunities and covered travel expenses. You will ensure installation quality, implement corrective actions, coordinate safety audits, train subcontractors, and provide on-site reporting to project managers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• OSHA certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding installation quality on project sites, adhering to quality checklists.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate on-site safety and conduct regular safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs and ensure installations meet standards.
• Provide on-site reporting of schedules and resources to project managers and customers.
• Train subcontractors in installation of material handling equipment.
• Write trip reports promptly following procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems and suggest resolution steps.
• Be prepared to travel on short notice, up to 100% of time at various customer locations.
• Navigate large construction sites and work in diverse climates and conditions.
