Job summary

Dipple Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to perform residential electrical installs, wiring, and upgrades. The role offers training and clear pathways for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Strong customer service, honesty and reliability
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, guiding customers to informed decisions
• Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers
• Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs
• Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job
• Document work performed following company procedure
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed

Compensation

• $75,000 - $100,000+/yr

What We Need From YOU

• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser Install
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity
