Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Technical Services Program Manager to define an ambitious electrical infrastructure roadmap across offices, research labs, and data centers. You will lead an ecosystem of outsourced service providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and a seamless workplace experience for Googlers.

You will drive AI-enabled operations, manage supplier relationships, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with the design, construction, operations, and maintenance of medium and low voltage electrical systems in commercial buildings, labs, or facilities for a global organization.
Experience managing outsourced service provider models, leading projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Define operational outlook, performance goals, and maintenance roadmaps for critical electrical infrastructure.
Develop contractual structures, incentives, and SLAs to align vendor performance with strategic goals.
Partner across matrixed teams to lead electrical infrastructure strategies across the Bay Area for amenities, labs, and offices.
Leverage AI and data from UPS, generators, and distribution systems to drive performance and maintenance optimization.
