This role requires six years in electrical industrial construction with supervisory experience, proven leadership of crews, and a track record delivering projects from start to finish. The position offers a competitive benefits package and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Six years of documented electrical industrial construction experience.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams on projects.
• Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion.
• Knowledge of supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations.
• Supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices.
• Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage industrial projects for Ludvik Electric Co. in the Greater Phoenix Area.
• Ensure effective communication, budgeting, project management and planning daily.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress and maintain safety standards.
