Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Maintenance E&I Technician to join the plant maintenance team in Florence, KY. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to support factory operations and ensure food safety by following GMPs and safety practices.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, downtime repair, diagnostics, and documenting activities in SAP CMMS. Strong PLC and automation knowledge plus ability to interpret electrical schematics is required.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical Maintenance or Industrial Automation.
2-year technical degree in Electrical Maintenance or Industrial Automation with 1 year experience may suffice.
Diagnostic troubleshooting and parts replacement experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical system preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a team environment.
Follow GMPs to guarantee food safety.
Work safely with LOTO, PPE, risk assessments and work permits.
Document activities in SAP Plant Maintenance CMMS.
Identify parts and maintain BOMs and drawings.
Adjust machines to support operations.
Support Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives.
