Job summary

Cindavi is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a newly integrated Instruments and Controls and Electrical Engineering group at our Fitchburg campus. The role oversees design, development, procurement, and testing of control systems for medical isotope production facilities.

You will mentor engineers, drive common technology platforms, and ensure cohesive collaboration across sites. A competitive base salary with relocation assistance and bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Computer preferred).
• 7–10+ years in engineering with progression into management.
• Strong electrical engineering competence: power distribution, instrumentation, and I&C.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers focused on control systems and power supply design.
• Mentor engineers in technology decisions and ownership of I&C equipment.
• Lead integration of software and electrical teams to produce unified outputs.
