Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in metalworking or assembly roles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts to meet tolerances and inspection standards.
• Interpret and work from drawings and specifications.
• Test and inspect assembled units.
• Monitor output and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adhere to quality processes.
• Pull parts based on product needs and assist training of new employees.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional duties as needed.
