Dubak Electrical Group, LLC in Indiana is seeking an Electrician's Helper to support journeyman electricians in an industrial setting. You will assist with installation, wiring and equipment, carry tools, and keep a clean, safe work area while following protocols.

No experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn are preferred. You should be physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and available for overtime and weekends as

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required, but passion for growing a career in the electrical trade.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Wear PPE (protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots).
• Strong attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
• Support the team in various tasks as needed to complete projects on time.
• Handling and distribution of tools and materials to the electricians as needed.
• Jobsite cleanup and housekeeping on a daily basis.
