Job summary

IMC Electrical LLC seeks a motivated helper to assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites in Jacksonville, FL. You will prepare materials, tools, and equipment and perform basic electrical work under supervision.

Responsibilities include underground infrastructure tasks, wiring installations, temporary power setup, and ongoing maintenance. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of construction or electrical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior experience in construction or electrical is highly preferred.
• Able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Electrical underground infrastructure work, installing PVC, duct banks, manholes and pulling wire.
• Help install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Set up and dismantle temporary power systems for construction projects.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Replace electrical components such as fuses, circuit breakers, and light bulbs.
• Maintain and organize electrical tools and materials.
• Prepare and carry tools, supplies, and equipment to work sites.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in testing systems for functionality and safety compliance.
• Set-up and clean‑up work areas.
