Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Helper to support electricians and electrical technicians in on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance in North Carolina. You will assist with equipment setup, material handling, and basic electrical tasks under supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. You will help with wiring, cabling, and site cleanup while adhering to PPE guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians and technicians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment and keep work areas organized.
• Set up equipment, fixtures, switchboards, and control panels as directed.
• Run and secure wiring and cables per instructions while ensuring proper routing and labeling.
• Assist with installation of outlets, switches, and other components.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment; keep the site clean and safe.
• Document work progress and material usage for records.
• Learn from experienced electricians and ask questions to expand knowledge.
