Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc., doing business as IES Electrical, seeks an assistant to support electricians with diverse hands-on tasks including wiring, mounting conduit, and material handling. You will follow supervisor direction to install and pull wires on varied jobsites while adhering to all safety policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent commercial electrical experience.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Mounts and installs conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assist in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Travel may be required.
