Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electrical Harness Engineer – Level 3 to design and validate wiring solutions for aerospace platforms. You will define harness architectures, create detailed schematics, and drive integration with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
• Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting.
• Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret Clearance per business requirements

You will be the Electrical Harness Engineer - Level 3 for the Electrical Systems Team which is responsible for delivering reliable, high-performing wiring solutions across aerospace platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Electrical Harness Engineer - Level 3 you will be responsible for researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks that support mission-critical applications.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Define and develop electrical harness architectures that meet performance and safety requirements.
• Create detailed design documentation, schematics, and routing diagrams for commercial, industrial, and domestic applications.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing to verify harness integrity and compliance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
• Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting
• Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent.

Desired Skills

• Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED
• Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing
• Engineering experience working power systems or performed electrical load analysis.
• Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes.
• Experience with Teamcenter, ENOVIA or equivalent PLM software.
• Active Secret Clearance
• 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
