Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a skilled Electrical Drafter to produce detailed harness schematics and assembly drawings for manufacturing and installation on vessels.

The role requires proficiency with Zuken E3 or equivalent, NX CAD, and a keen eye for precise, regulator-compliant documentation. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to translate complex requirements into accurate drawings and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or related field.
• Experience with electrical schematic tools and CAD software.
• Knowledge of ABYC, ABS, IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Strong mathematical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical harness drawings based on engineer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to incorporate design requirements.
• Review and revise drawings to meet project standards.
• Route harnesses in 3D using NX per design standards.
• Maintain documentation and project records.
• Provide technical support during harness construction and integration.
• Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and industry standards.
