Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking Electrical / Wire Harness Design Engineers for a modernization program with a major aerospace & defense manufacturer. The role converts legacy 2D wiring diagrams into structured, model-based electrical definitions in Zuken E3.series and releases them into the client’s PLM system, supporting mission-critical programs.

Qualified candidates have 3–7 years of electrical design experience and hands-on ECAD in tools such as Zuken E3.series, Mentor Capital/Capital

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of electrical design engineering experience.
• Hands-on ECAD experience with Zuken E3.series or similar.
• Experience creating electrical schematics and wiring definitions.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical definitions in E3.series: wiring diagrams and cable/harness models with connectors, lines and signals.
• Ensure connectivity lands on correct pins with proper conductor attributes.
• Maintain a clean device tree with assemblies and correct part-number attribution.
• Reconcile the E3 BOM with the PLM BOM.
• Support obsolescence review and provide process improvements to the technical lead.
