Job summary

Luxoft in Chicago, IL, seeks an Automotive Wiring Systems Engineer to contribute to cross-brand platform capabilities and foundational technologies in vehicle electronics and software, delivering with modular scalability to support the transition to platform-wide solutions.

You will design wiring systems, create schematics and 2D/3D layouts of wiring harnesses, and define how electrical signals and power are routed between ECUs, sensors, actuators and HMIs, while ensuring correct wire types,

Qualifications

• Understanding of voltage, current, and power distribution
• Knowledge of vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Ability to calculate wire sizing and voltage drop
• Knowledge of wiring systems and circuit design
