Qualifications

4+ years of experience in automotive wiring harness or electrical distribution design.
Proficiency with harness design/schematic tools (CATIA E3/ELS, Capital, Zuken, VeSyS).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet networks.
Understanding of grounding, power distribution, and circuit protection concepts.

Responsibilities

Define vehicle wiring harness architecture and segmentation across domains.
Develop harness routing and 2D/3D models.
Design and validate power distribution and grounding strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams during proto and production builds.
Support EMC/EMI practices and diagnostics for the electrical system.
