The role focuses on designing, validating, and supporting PCB-based hardware while collaborating with embedded firmware teams on product development.

Requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and US work eligibility with the ability to obtain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical hardware design experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States and obtain/maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related hardware-focused discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB-based hardware solutions for telecommunications products.
• Create schematics, hardware documentation, and design specifications.
• Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, and debug activities.
• Troubleshoot complex board- and system-level hardware issues.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers on hardware/software integration.
• Support prototype, production, and deployed hardware platforms.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab equipment to validate designs.
• Participate in hardware architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
