A leading company in Scottsdale is seeking an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to join their cross-disciplinary team. This role involves designing advanced electronic hardware and engaging in all program phases. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in PCB design and lab equipment testing.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
We are seeking a CL - Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to join our cross-disciplinary team responsible for designing advanced electronic hardware. You will play a pivotal role in developing new 3U VPX modules that enhance the capabilities and cyber-resilience of mission-critical systems.
You will engage in all program phases, including requirements analysis, schematic capture, routing constraints definition, PCB/PWB routing oversight, and support for manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: use of lab test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment, experience designing PCBs/PWBs using Siemens Xpedition, and knowledge of VITA/VPX standards including VITA 46 and 65.
