Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years in building electrical systems design.
• PE license and leadership of design teams or disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-20 electrical engineers and designers.
• Serve as Electrical Discipline Lead / Design Manager on major projects.
• Provide technical oversight for complex facility electrical systems (power, grounding, lighting).
• Oversee and review design deliverables, calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Drive design quality and continuous improvement across projects and teams.
• Coordinate resources across projects and support business priorities.
