Lockheed Martin in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the FBM LE2 EGSE program's electrical and software engineering teams, developing automated test systems to verify flight hardware for the U.S. Navy's strategic missile fleet.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-team coordination across IPTs, and the ability to balance scope, schedule, and risk, in a non-teleworking, 9x80 environment with top-secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated experience in working on or leading multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical status and issues to program leadership, technical leadership and functional leadership as well as externally to the customer.
• Conduct personnel management for a portion of the LE2 EGSE team.
• Manage the design and development of a System Test Console and the Pad Launch Equipment for LE2.
• Coordinate scope and dependencies across multiple IPTs in support of Pad Launch Development efforts.
