The ideal candidate has a Journeyman license and at least ten years of leadership experience in electrical construction, with strong budgeting and mentoring abilities. This position is based on-site in Arizona and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Ten years of experience in electrical construction with leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Leads field crews and foremen to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Oversees daily operations, schedules, budgets, and regulatory adherence.
• Communicates project progress to Project Managers and executives.
• Allocates manpower, tools, and equipment for productivity.
• Coordinates with general contractors and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Plans electrical installations from layout to inspections.
• Mentors field staff and fosters professional growth.
• Resolves on-site conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Participates in project planning meetings to improve outcomes.
• Implements best practices and company standards for efficiency.
